The specific purpose of this corporation is to provide relief and assistance to Disabled American Veterans or their dependents.
The general purpose for which this corporation was formed is to accept donations and gifts of all kinds and items of value of any nature, and to sell the said items to the general public and utilize any net income derived from the sale of such property, to assist in the aid and support of physically, mentally and socially handicapped veterans and their families.
